Order Cancellations
Organic Monkey filters and fills raw honey into jars only as per orders received. So once an order is confirmed, we do not take cancellation, refund or return requests.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product which is an extremely rare case, please kindly whatsapp us an image and/or video of the damaged product within 24 hours from the delivery date. We will make sure to dispatch a replacement for the damaged product within 1-2 days.
Product Missing
If you did not receive a product you placed an order for, please kindly send us an image of the open parcel with the other products you received within 24 hours from the delivery date. We will make sure to dispatch the missing product within 1-2 days.
